Lebanon delays Presidential vote (CNN.com)

BEIRUT, Lebanon (AP) — The Syrian-backed opposition boycotted a vote to elect a new Lebanese president Monday, delaying parliament’s decision for the ninth time and prolonging a bitter yearlong struggle with the Western-backed government.
