Fighting leaves 33 Taliban dead in Afghanistan (CTV.ca) |
A series of clashes in southern Afghanistan left 33 suspected Taliban militants dead, while a suicide bomber in the east wounded a NATO soldier, officials said Saturday. At least four police officers died in a separate clash.
